Piped by hand, petal by petal
We whip each batch of marshmallow, tint it, and pipe the petals onto a flower nail. Then we set every bloom by hand into its arrangement.
An edible flower bar for your event
We bring the cart, set it with marshmallow florals in your colors, and hand each guest a wrapped bloom to eat or take home.
Add our espresso service and we finish each latte with a marshmallow rose.

Before you order
Can you really eat the whole flower?
Yes, every petal is marshmallow. Stems, wires, picks, wraps and ribbons are for display only. Take them out before you eat, and keep them away from small children.
What are they made from?
Our marshmallow is made with sugar and gelatin, so it is not vegetarian or vegan. Ask us for the full ingredient and allergen list before you order.
How do I store my flowers?
Keep them cool and dry, out of sun, heat and humidity. Every order comes with care instructions.
Can you match our wedding colors?
Yes. Send your palette or your florist's plan and we tint the petals to match. Each bloom is handmade, so shades can vary a little from a screen or swatch.
Do you deliver?
We serve Michigan. Pickup and delivery options and dates come with your order confirmation.
